PS2Rate

Before USB, it was PS2. PS2Rate is a tool made by Zibbo and Perkele that overclocked the standard pooling 40hz/sec rate of PS2 connector up to 200hz/sec. This translated in a much smoother mouse feeling and was an indispensible tool to any gamer. Original PS2Rate was made for Windows 98 and earlier.

Zibbo and Perkele are now ahead of Udp Soft.
